Screen printing is a highly effective garment decoration method where ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the surface of a garment. Each colour in your design requires a separate screen, which is carefully aligned and layered to achieve the final look. This makes screen printing perfect for bold, graphic-driven designs with up to 7 colours.
We use advanced, automated screen printing presses and innovative inking techniques to ensure excellent consistency and quality across every item. Whether it’s a company logo, team emblem, or a promotional graphic, screen print delivers striking, professional results that truly stand out.
Thanks to its ability to produce vibrant, saturated colours with sharp edges, screen printing is a go-to option for high-volume orders, where durability and visual impact are essential.
Why Choose Screen Printing?
- Durable & Long-Lasting – The ink bonds deeply with the fabric fibres, creating a strong, resilient print that resists cracking, fading, or peeling, even after repeated washing.
- Vibrant, High-Impact Colour – Produces bold, vivid prints with sharp detail, ideal for eye-catching logos and designs.
- Cost-Effective for Bulk Orders – Best suited to larger runs due to setup requirements, offering excellent value when printing in volume.

DTF printing is a cutting-edge garment decoration method that allows for vibrant, high-resolution designs to be transferred onto fabric with precision and speed. The process involves printing your artwork in full colour onto a specialised PET film using eco-friendly water-based inks, which is then coated with a powdered adhesive and cured. The printed film is then heat-pressed directly onto the garment, bonding the design securely to the fabric.
This technique is ideal for complex, multi-colour artwork including gradients, small text, photo-quality images, and intricate details that would be difficult to reproduce using traditional screen printing or embroidery.
Why Choose DTF Printing?
- Exceptional Detail & Colour – Perfect for full-colour logos, illustrations, and photographic prints with fine lines, gradients, or shading.
- Strong, Long-Lasting Finish – Resistant to cracking, peeling, and fading, even after frequent washing, ensuring longevity without compromising appearance.
- Versatile Application -This method is suitable for a wide range of fabrics and products including clothing, bags, hats & more.

We won’t proceed until you’re completely satisfied with the final proof.
What file formats do you require for my artwork?
We require vectored artwork files to ensure the highest quality results when branding your garments. Preferred formats include .AI, .EPS, or .PDF files with vector graphics. These file types allow us to scale your logo or design without losing clarity, which is essential for precise embroidery or printing.
If you’re unsure whether your file is vectored, or if you need assistance converting your artwork, our team will be happy to help.
Can I mix products, garment sizes and colours for my order?
Yes, you can mix garment sizes and colours within your order. However, there are some important considerations depending on the type of branding:
- Embroidery: You can mix colours as long as the embroidery design and thread colours stay exactly the same. If a thread colour change is required, a small additional charge will apply.
- Screen Printing: If the print colour changes, a new screen setup is needed, so an additional charge will apply.
- Transfer Printing: Different print colours are treated as separate orders, since pricing is based on printing a set number of identical transfers.
If you’re planning to mix items and are unsure how it may affect pricing, our team will be happy to guide you through the best options.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
We understand that changes may be necessary from time to time. If your order has not yet entered the branding stage, we may be able to make amendments, however, this is subject to a restocking fee and availability of the new items. Once garments have been branded, we are unable to make any changes or offer refunds, as the products are customised specifically for you. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will do their best to assist.
Can I supply my own garments for branding?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate the use of customer-supplied garments for branding. To maintain our high-quality standards and ensure compatibility with our decoration processes, we only brand garments sourced through our approved suppliers. This approach allows us to guarantee the best possible results in terms of finish, durability, and overall appearance.
How do I care for branded clothing?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your branded garments, it’s important to follow the care guidelines carefully:
- Always refer to the washing instructions on the garment’s care label, as these are specific to the fabric and finish of each item.
- For printed garments, wash them inside out to help protect the print from friction and wear during the washing cycle.
- Where possible, avoid high temperatures, tumble drying, or harsh chemicals like bleach, as these can cause damage to both the garment and the branding.
- If ironing is required, do not iron directly over printed or embroidered areas—instead, place a cloth over the design or iron the garment inside out on a low setting.
Proper care will help ensure your branded workwear looks professional and performs well for longer.
